1) I have the room and a projector booked but I'll still need a computer,will Aaron being able to relocate one for me?

2) You said I needed a 12 volt battery to operate the sensor. I've been told a 12 volt battery is what's used in cars so I've obtained a lattern battery which is only 6 volts. I just need confirmation that using a 6 volt battery will not damage the sensor.
It won't work, connect two 6 volt batteries in series will give you 12 volts.
3) Any ideas how I'd go about rigging the material to project onto in the Art Theory Room? I haven't examined the room yet but I thought I could tie some rope from the curtain runs on either side of the room and suspend the material from that.
Talk to Bill Hammond he should be able to help you with that.
4) How does this installation need to be documented? So far I've got a rough diagram and notes from these Emails which I've blogged, but what else do you need to see? Will I need to go as far as taking a picture of it once its installed?
I'd suggest you do that for your own folio
